Our design process for the Top Gun Senior Softball Organization website commenced with thorough competitor analysis, dissecting rival platforms to glean insights and identify opportunities for differentiation. Subsequent interviews with board members provided invaluable perspectives, elucidating the specific needs and expectations of the target audience.

Armed with these insights, we embarked on the creation of low-fidelity prototypes, iterating on design concepts and functionality before progressing to high-fidelity prototypes for client approval. Only upon final validation did we transition into the full-scale development phase, ensuring a seamless transition from concept to execution while prioritizing user-centric design principles throughout.
