WFA was a new organization that wanted to get their brand out there to the softball community. The goal of this project was to create a website that told a story of a quality organization while also providing clear guidance for players and parents to become educated about the organization and interact.
Website Design + WooCommerce Shop + UX/UI Design + Video Production
The goal of creating this website was to encapsulated the essence of user-centric design. From extensive research to understand their needs, to low and high-fidelity wireframing, every step was deliberate. I meticulously sculpted an intuitive digital landscape, ensuring seamless navigation and engagement. Collaborating closely with the organization throughout the process, the final website emerged as more than just a digital presence—it became a vibrant reflection of their identity and mission.
As a UX/UI designer, my role extended far beyond merely creating a visually appealing WooCommerce shop. I engaged in a comprehensive process that began with understanding the client’s goals and target audience. Through extensive research and strategy, I delve into the user experience, identifying pain points and opportunities for optimization. This groundwork allowed me to craft a seamless journey for visitors, from the moment they land on the site to the final checkout process.
By integrating user-centric design principles with the technical functionalities of WooCommerce, I ensure that every aspect of the online store aligns with the needs and expectations of the end-users. The result is not just a shop, but a digital storefront that delivers an intuitive, enjoyable shopping experience while driving conversions and fostering long-term customer loyalty.
We coordinated and created several videos to help promote the organization to the community. We created a narrative video with voice over. We all created a short promo video and set up their YouTube channel.
